This harness is specifically engineered for a USDM LHD FD Mazda RX7 (93-95) with the LSx engine swap. It was developed in house on an actual LS1 engine in a FD chassis to ensure a perfect fit to all engine sensors. With our simplistic and 'tucked' approach the end result will be a clean and worry free installation with a guaranteed start up​.​

Engine: Gen 3 Drive by Cable LS1/Vortec
- Any F-body LS1 from 1999-2002 Pontiac Trans Am, Camaro SS

Chassis: LHD USDM FD Mazda RX7
- Any USDM LHD Mazda RX7 manufactured in 1993-1995
- Retains factory speedometer, tachometer, CEL, engine temperature gauge (requires Mazda sensor install), oil pressure sensor (requires Mazda sensor install), alternator charge light, reverse lights and wipers)
RX7 SPECIFIC ITEMS
- Plug and play features of this harness require the OEM RX7 body harness and fuse boxes to be UNMODIFIED. The harness utilizes the HIGH pressure OEM Mazda fuel pump relay, so it needs to remain on the chassis fuse box, unmodified.
- Harness includes two accessories fan circuits, with relays and fuses for PCM controlled operation.
- Harness kit includes a bypass switch to allow the use of RX7’s High Pressure fuel pump.
- For proper ECT gauge functionality the RX7 ECT sensor must be installed in the OEM sensor opening on Bank 2 (cylinder 7) location on the LS. This is the 1-wire sending unit, NOT the 2-wire and it will require the use of an adapter fitting. Harness connection will be provided at bank 2 rear of the head location.
- For proper Oil Pressure gauge function, the RX7 OEM oil pressure sending unit needs to be used. In most cases a relocation line needs to be used in order to use the Mazda sensor with the swap. Harness connection will be provided to reach the passenger side shock tower for sensor relocation
- For accurate Speedo operation, the frequency modulator SGI5 must be used.
- Mazda Fuse box connectors are integrated into the Wiring Specialties LS harness and included in the kit. No core needed for a full plug and play install.
- Charge cable included in the kit ONLY. Battery cable is not included.

Sikky Swap Kit Fitment Notes
- Requires no modifications to the factory cross member or subframe and does not hang below the crossmember when installed
- Requires clearancing on the firewall to allow for ideal fitment. This kit is designed to pull the engine as far back as possible in the engine bay to allow for ideal weight distribution and to be able to retain the factory front suspension. Unlike our competitors, we believe the RX7 should retain as close to 50/50 weight distribution as possible like it did from the factory.
- Designed to work in a left hand drive vehicle. It can be used in a right hand drive vehicle with some modification (however we do not supply the components to make this a bolt in application). Please contact our sales staff for information in regards to this.
- Transmission and Shifter – This kit is designed to work with the LS1 style T56 transmission. We designed this kit to allow for the shifter to locate in the factory location for easy operation, without the need for a shifter relocation kit.
