Product Description

This wiring service and conversion only applies to the JDM S15 Silvia SR20DET engine installed into a S13 240sx chassis. If you do not see your engine or vehicle in the list, please check other available items.

Engine: S15 SR20DET  

- Any S15 Blacktop from 1999-2002 Silvia
- Car can be equiped with ABS and Digital Climate Control

Chassis: S13 240SX  

- Any 240sx manufactured in 1989-1994
- Includes Convertible, Hatchback and Coupe
- Car can be equipped with ABS or HICAS
- Digital HUD or Analog instrument cluster

What we will need from you:

- Uncut KA24D(E) Engine Harness from your 240sx.
- Uncut S15 SR20DET Engine Harness from the JDM engine
- Both SR and KA lower (Alternator/Starter) harnesses
- A note with: Return Address, Phone number, Email, Car info
- A note describing any problems or concerns

Auto to Manual conversion:

- You must provide us with the KA lower engine harness with the automatic control wiring (wiring on the side of the fuse box. Cut the wires off the Auto Transmission)
- You also have to provide us with the SR20DET 5- speed lower engine harness

The service will provide you with:
- All needed plugs are replaced, wires extended, and electrically insulated
- All connections are soldered and shrink wrapped together, No WIRE NUTS, TWISTED WIRES or CRIMP CONNECTORS
- Full functionality guaranteed: A/C, Wipers, Variable Valve Timing
- All gauges will be functional: Speedometer, Tachometer, Fuel level, Coolant Temperature, Oil Pressure Warning. Check Engine Light
- Turn Key ENGINE START
- Tech support for our customers 7 days a week  

NOTE: The Speed Sensor on the S15 JDM car is located in the rear differential. If your engine did not come with the S15 differential, please contact us for more info. If you have the differential, a Dakota Digital SGI-5 unit should be installed between the speed sensor and speedometer to convert the signal for proper operation on a US 240sx.
